Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product does not match the description
  • Missing parts or accessories

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products with tampered or broken seals
  • Used or installed products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging

2. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return Request

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide order number and reason for return
  • Share photos/videos of the defect (if applicable)

Step 2: Return Approval

  • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  • You'll receive a return authorization if approved

Step 3: Pack and Ship

  • Pack the product in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
  • Our delivery partner will pick up the product (free pickup)

Step 4: Quality Check

  • Product will be inspected upon receipt
  • Refund/replacement processed after approval

3. Refund Policy

Refund Timeline:

  • Refund initiated within 2-3 business days of product receipt
  • Online payments: 5-7 business days to reflect in account
  • COD orders: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days

Refund Amount:

  • Full product price refunded
  • Shipping charges refunded only if product is defective
  • Return shipping: Free for defective products

Refund Methods:

  • Original payment method (for online orders)
  • Bank transfer (for COD orders - provide bank details)
  • Store credit (optional, can be used for future purchases)

4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of refund:

  • Subject to product availability
  • Same product will be sent
  • Expedited shipping for replacements
  • Usually dispatched within 2-3 business days
  • No additional charges for replacement shipping

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge
  • Full refund within 3-5 business days
  • Contact support or use "Cancel Order" button

After Shipment:

  • Cannot be cancelled, but can be returned upon delivery
  • Standard return policy applies

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Do not accept delivery if package appears damaged
  • If accepted, contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos
  • We'll arrange immediate pickup and replacement
  • No questions asked for manufacturing defects
  • Free pickup and replacement shipping

7. Warranty Returns

For products under warranty:

  • Manufacturer warranty period: 6-12 months (varies by product)
  • Covers manufacturing defects only
  • Send product to authorized service center OR contact us for assistance
  • Repair or replacement as per warranty terms
  • Warranty void if tampered or misused

8. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different product:

  • Return the original product
  • Receive refund
  • Place a new order for desired product
